Negative energies from the people around you can be harmful

What would you do, if you had a dream and someone crush it for you?
What would you do if you believe in something so deaply and trying to achieve it so hard and someone tells you: ''Wake up, its just a dream, it would never happen!''

Would you give up?
Would you try to continue?
Or would you just stay heartbroken, feeling lost and helpless.

In our life we meet all kind of people, positive, negative, people who will try to help us and people who will try to put us down.

How to deal with negative energy around you and how to deal with psychic attacks?
A psychic attack is when a person sends negative energy to another person, with the conscious or unconscious intention to inflict harm upon you, your life or your dream. Harm can be launched towards your emotional, physical, spiritual or mental state.
People and places carry their own energies that can adversely affect us.
Given the possibility of these negative influences, the next problem is to detect them and then clear them. The most important way of protecting yourself from the effect of negative energy is to be emotionally strong and not allowing others to identify with your fears because this reveals your weakness. Negative energy wears you out, takes the fun out of life and destroys all your dreams before they're even given a chance.
Not every negative person is attacking you personally, sometime people are just negative.

You have to remember one thing, no one has the power to harm you, unless you allow them to harm you. And you are allowing others to harm you by fighting against them. By fighting against what you do not want in your live.

What can you do about it?

- Stay focused on what is most important to you.

- Try to avoid the company of negative people because they can drain your positive energy.

- If you believe in higher power you trust, pray for protection.

- Try Reiki or use stones for protection.

-  Meditation can help a lot.

- Use the white light technique or cross your arms. Imagine yourself surrounded with white light.
When speaking to someone who has bad energy, cross your arms.

- Spring clean, get rid of clutter.

- Just smile and don’t say anything.  Leave the room if you can.

- Go to a park and surround yourself with flowers and sunshine.

- Remember: Positive thinking leads to positive outcomes.

If you ever want to do anything great with your life, you have to avoid all negative people and negativity. Stay positive and believe in yourself. You are amazing.

  1. Interesting blog! I personally encountered many persons that contently sending me "negative energy", which means they always discourage what I wanted to do, always "helped" me to see the negative side of myself. It took me long time to realized that I was better off with these people. It was a big lesson to me.
