How to be persistent

''A little persistence, a little more effort and what seemed a hopeless failure, may turn to glorious success.''

~Elbert Hubbard~

The question is how to be persistent.
It's kind of hard to do it when things don't go the way you want them to, or when it's taking longer than you thought it would.

So what is persistence?
It's a definition that you will stick to a purpose, idea, or task in any situation.
Persistence is not allowing anything to stop you from doing an activity once you start it.
It means that you don’t do anything for others approval, you do it because you want to do it.

The first step in this journey is to believe in yourself and what you want to do.

If you become persistent only when you feel good about something, then you might lately give up one or more of your activities next time you feel down.
In other words, being persistent mean: ''Holding on even if you feel like quitting.''

If your approach isn’t getting you the results you desire, then try something else.  Keep trying until you find your recipe for success.  We often fail because we don’t try enough. You may just need to take a run at your goal from a different angle to succeed. Take things one day at a time.

Remember, if you decide to do something, but in the back of your mind you don't actually think you can accomplish it, you will sabotage your motivation. You will probably give up more easily, which will result in not believing in yourself and developing low self-esteem.

Believing in yourself is a positive tonic that helps people grow beyond their dreams. In life, there will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions.
So what to do..??
Start believing in yourself. With each step you take, you will grow stronger, more skilled, more self-confident and more and more successful.

Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize, how close they were to success when they gave up.
